This was my first time buying a bike and had a few questions that I asked and got a reply the same day answering my queries. Also the videos about their bikes and quads are really helpful in making a choice. So got the BRZ electric bike and can honestly say I'm blown away with it, such a fantastic bike and am very happy with my buy.
