I submitted my application six months ago, and after following up two months later, I was told it was on hold due to a payment issue, even though I had paid from the beginning. After providing the receipt, they claimed there was a problem with my university. When I requested a reference to follow up, they provided nothing. Upon checking with my university, they confirmed there was no application from this service. I requested to cancel my application and receive a refund, but they denied it.
