The instruction are vague and after the verification was complete Qualification Check sent the verification to the wrong evaluation service. I followed the link from the evaluation service, logged into my account, competed Qualification Check information and the completed verification was sent to the incorrect evaluation agency. There is not a telephone contact number for Qualification Service and they have not responded to any emails.
