When I renewed my yearly car insurance with Qualitas Auto in May, I changed my bank details. I paid for the whole year, as opposed to in instalments. A few days later Qualitias Auto helped themselves to €108.63 of my old bank account number and They sent me a notification again in November stating my trimestrial payment was due. I didn't realise they had taken the money in May until I received the email in November. I contacted their Customer Service (November 19th) and was promised swift resolution of the issue. A week later I still haven't heard back. As I didn't give my permission to use that bank account number, and as my car insurance was paid in full for the whole year, I want a refund immediately.
