Similar to the last review, accident in August.I was provided with a hire car eventally, which I had to return two weeks ago, leaving me with only a motorcycle to transport my wife and three children. This means making four separate trips any time we need to go out.When I contacted the repair shop, I was informed that my car is still sitting in the garage because the assessor has not yet approved the repairs. As I had received no updates, I had assumed that work was being carried out.I was asked to provide copies of all documents on the 24th October, despite sending everything requested, I have received no further communication..I emailed the company two days ago to request the complaints email address, as I have now reached the limit of my patience, but I have received no response.This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
