Unbelievably bad - insulting and aweful aweful customer service.I had an insurance with them in the name of my wife. Very sadly she died in July of this year and so I had to change the name on the insurance. They told me I had to cancel the original policy and they would immediately start a new policy. So I cancelled, and then they refused to insure me again (Uh? I am 48 years old with not a single insurance claim in my life). The problem is I asked "what do I need to do if I want to allow someone under 25 to drive the car"... just as a question. NEVER ASK this question! So in the process they have hung up on me many times, they never call back when they promise, they lie about transferring you and then hang up... generally aweful company. And all this after my wife died of cancer leaving me with 2 boys, and now a car I cannot drive. Gracias!
