Ordered two beveled mirrors for a bathroom renovation. We had purchased similar mirrors from Quality Bath in another bathroom from 7 years ago and had good experience. One of the new mirrors had some defects on the bevel edge that we didn't notice right away. We contacted Quality Bath and Chaya was able to get us a replacement within a few days. So far the new one looks fine.
