David produced a very comprehensive and professional report by the end of the working day. Included snags, suggested the remedy and included a picture of the offence. Was a great pack to hand to the developer to fix the issues as was easy to follow and I know they cut and pasted the information to their contractors. If I ever do another new build move I’d definitely use him again. Superb service, great communication from start to finish and very knowledgeable in his field.

After working as a Senior Contracts Manager for over 26 years and over 40 years in the building industry, I am very passionate about delivering a quality product and feel that I can influence what is delivered to the home owner by managing the quality control element as an Independent Property Surveyor.
