After working as a Senior Contracts Manager for over 26 years and over 40 years in the building industry, I am very passionate about delivering a quality product and feel that I can influence what is delivered to the home owner by managing the quality control element as an Independent Property Surveyor. Our aim is to identify areas that require attention and help our customers get a home that is built to the required set industry regulations and finished to high quality standards. We will carry out a full inspection of all visible and accessible areas, both in and around the properties, with our technical expertise and equipment, drawing on years of experience in the building industry and quality controlling thousands of properties. A detailed pictorial report of the property will be produced of the standards, which will identify:-
