I am out of words to explain the frustration of working with this company. Today alone I have been attempting to get in contact with the warranty department for over 5 hours (longest hold time 1 hours, 23 minutes!) Not only have I been on hold for the majority of that time but when I do reach someone, they can't help and those who can are busy. Never have I gotten a call back or an email from anyone.First engine has timing chain issues right from the beginning. Anyone with a little bit of experience could have diagnosed this issue before shipping or at least know that the clucking noise when turning over isn't normal. Sad thing is I ordered several engines with them, and I just now know how difficult it is going to be to do anything warranty related.
