For the most part, it's a really good platform. I rated 4/5 because of some issues with customer service - due to Qualtrics growing as a company, they have a lot of new people who don't yet know the system as well as they could, and lately, I've received some contradictory information from various support techs. They do have some room for improvement there. But overall, the system is good, fairly intuitive, and even users who aren't comfortable with technology find it easy to use. They also have support pages online, which include videos and written instructions, which are extremely helpful.
