My entire experience was a nightmare, and the most frustrating part was the lack of support. They diverted blame for the platform's failures to me, which is entirely untrue. The service loses your bots and substitutes them with ineffective ones. When I raised concerns, I was merely asked to send my code for their review. Instead of receiving help, they only deepened my distrust. It seems only those deeply familiar with technology can relate to their poor customer service and flawed platform. I spent money without any resolution.
