I was misled regarding how simple it would be to withdraw funds. I mistakenly sent my first deposit before learning that I had to open a second account to withdraw. The representative was rude and kept insisting I apologize for being upset about being misled. I never would have sent any money if I had known this upfront. The initial representative was friendly and convincing, but this one was not. I do not recommend engaging with this company.
