Stayed here for one night last night, which was during the covid-19 crisis and whilst Wales was still in the middle of a partial lockdown. I could not fault the hotel at all, excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable bed, food (room service) was very tasty. Free car parking right outside our hotel room, dog friendly. I don't often give out 5 Stars but this hotel definitely deserves it. Looking forward to going back again next time I'm in the area.
