I resonate with others regarding the misleading promises of a 'money back' guarantee for lack of meaningful conversations. I had just one in a year, and I even provided them with a list of contacts as they seemed to run out of ideas. Reporting was inadequate, lacking detail. I had to provide the outbound copy as they repeatedly got it wrong. I regret trusting them, especially given my background in CRM. The fundamental rule is that poor data yields poor results. They don’t have warm leads; it’s a scattergun approach. Completely pointless, particularly for an early-stage startup.
