I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in my appointment and Laura took the time to work out exactly what I wanted - the ring is perfect. After that, there were some issues with delivery (courier’s fault, not Queensmith) but Beth kept me updated throughout and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and everything was resolved happily. Can’t recommend Queensmith enough!
