When this became clear, we raised the issue with their team.To their credit, they did attempt to offer resolution options. However, the options provided did not reasonably address the underlying issue and would have required continuing with a structure that no longer made commercial sense for our business.The situation has since escalated toward collections pressure on a disputed account, which is not how most businesses would expect a disagreement like this to be handled.For companies considering Culligan Quench, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the contract and independently verifying the details of what is being represented during the sales process.Transparency during the sales process is critical in long-term service agreements, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
