I called for a repair request. I received a confirmation email letting me know that if there was no problem with the machine I would be charged. Apparently, the person taking my request didn't believe me. The technician came out and replaced the machine, because there truly was an issue. But I was not aware that someone was there to service the machine until after they has already left. No one came to me to explain what went wrong with the old machine or show me the new one. The whole process took less than two days, but the communication wasn't very good.
