What I like is that I get fast service when I call for service or do online. What I’m not happy about is my machine malfunctioned and caused water damage in my business. A filter split and was spraying water out the back of machine which was in the corner so I couldn’t see the leak. It ruined my floating wooden floor. The repair told me to pour a claim in because your company has insurance to cover the damage. I called , the girl gave me a claim number and said I would be called in couple days. A month went by, when I called quench about it, no one would talk to me. Put me on hold and never took my call and no one ever called me back!!!! I had to go to my homeowners insurance to pay for the repairs!
