The technician was super nice and friendly. The hot water wasn't working, so I created an order to have them check it. The Technician told me there was nothing wrong with it, just the tank/filter was too small., so when I need hot water, I will have to dispense about 4 cups of cold water to let the hot water tank filled up again. So you want me to stand there and dispense 4 cups of cold water and stand there for another 10 mins to wait for hot water? On top of that, if I had known they would charge me $100.00 bucks fee just for them to come tell me that, I wouldn't of ask them to come check. Yesterday I tried to get some hot water out and it was dripping slowly... anyway, don't bother to get Quench, not worth it. I rather just boil water from the kettle. But I'm stuck for 30 months with them. everyone please be aware when you signed the contract, I have a screenshot that I spoke with Philip that I wanted the 12 months contracts, not the 24 months or 36 months. but for some reason, the contract shows 36 months. I don't know if they changed the 2nd sheet and attached the 3rd sheet (my signature). This company can be a scam, Please be careful
