I wrote a review back in April that Quench failed to keep up my water unit. I was told based on my contract that they would be buy every 6 months to change the filters and perform routine maintenance. After not seeing a person in well over a year, we called to cancel our contract. They immediately charged my credit card the entire yearly fee saying that we missed the cancellation day. They informed us they automatically renew without notifying us. We disputed the claim and they insisted we owe the entire year despite the clear violation of the contract to maintain the water unit. The reply I received after my prior review appeared they wanted to work out a solution. We stated our case again and we were told our case was closed. They came to collect the water dispenser and then sent us to collections. So fine. The bill is $500.00. In the grand scheme of things it's cheaper than an attorney, which is what they're planning on. Just be forewarned, in my case, there was absolutely no customer service, no follow up to maintain the unit. There are plenty of other water solution companies. We tried Quench to see if they were better and they definitely weren't. We went back to our old supplier. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else.
