On 09/15/2025 around 1 PM in Washington, DC (between 19th & K St NW and 18th & K St NW), I had an alarming encounter with one of Culligan Quench’s drivers. The vehicle had Maryland license plate 6GL9361. The driver, a Black male wearing a blue shirt, yelled at me, called me offensive names, shouted insults, and told me to “go back where I’m from.” He also threatened to pull over and physically harm me.I captured part of this on video and have reported it directly to Culligan Quench customer service. This behavior was aggressive, threatening, and completely unacceptable from someone representing the company.I am posting this review so others are aware, and to urge the company to take immediate action. Once the issue is properly resolved, I am willing to update this review to 5 stars.
