The 60-day money back guarantee is bogus. 1) The product dries and irritates my skin. Quia Beauty insists they must to have a picture of the irritation. I did not write to request a refund in the days immediately following the usage. I did not think I would need a picture... I am not going to use it again to hurt my skin! 2) Also, they claim they can't find my order even though the order number is on everything. They took my money and sent me the product so there is no way they can't find it. Shady!!!
