I ordered this Quia night mask and I woke up to a very dry mask on my face and wouldn’t peel off so I had to wash with water. When I emailed them about my experience and getting a refund they kept saying they couldn’t find my order (even though I had sent them screenshots of my order number and payment emails to them as proof. Then they offered me 30% refund (not full)… and I politely denied it. Then they send me and email asking me to produce before and after photos 🤔 I am not going to sleep with that dry mask on so I can show them a photo in the morning. If I’m unhappy and they claim 30 days full refund or 60 days satisfaction guarantee or refund then i shouldn’t to prove I didn’t like it. I’ll return the Quia product as proof. I wouldnt waste my time going back and forth with emails for $42 worth of products. They can keep my money but I’ll definitely save another person the time in dealing with them. Be ready to lose money if you are unhappy.
