I placed an order with Quia Beauty, and not only did I never receive my package, but the company themselves confirmed through USPS that my order was stuck/lost in transit. Instead of doing the right thing and issuing a refund to my original form of payment, they kept trying to force a replacement or store credit, even after I clearly told them multiple times that I no longer wanted the product and did not want to shop with them again.Their response felt dismissive and unprofessional. They acknowledged the delay, admitted the package never arrived, yet still refused to process a refund and continued to push store credit on me. I shouldn’t have to fight with a company for my money back for an item that I never received.This whole situation has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I will not be ordering from Quia Beauty again, and I suggest anyone considering them to think twice. A reputable business should stand behind their customers, especially when the issue is confirmed to be out of the customer’s control.
