I had a disappointing experience with this product

I used it only twice, but it didn't work well on my skin; instead, it was overly sticky and didn't act like a mask at all. I think its effectiveness might depend on the humidity of your location, as it may perform better in more humid areas than where I live. Additionally, I was enrolled in a three-month auto-renewal without my consent. When I initially inquired about it with the support team, they assured me I wouldn't be charged every three months. However, they did charge me after three months. I reached out again, threatening to involve my bank for what I believe is fraud. They've mentioned they will escalate the issue, but if it isn't resolved, I plan to pursue legal action. I'm frustrated with the entire situation and with companies that enroll customers in subscriptions without proper consent.
