Signed up and immediately forgot about it (severe AUDHD), my mistake, right? Well, after being charged for the subscription fee (which I did not see on Apple and could not figure out what app/site it was for) I plead my case with the customer care. As a disabled, working full-time, single mother of 2, I figured since they could very well see that I’d never even logged into the service -at all- I would no problem receive the (extremely needed) subscription fee refunded.I sent a respectful request and was sent a copy/paste of “you signed up for this, you’re paying for it” response back. Fair enough.Can’t even say if it’s worth it, as I cannot get over the nerve.0/10 would not recommend and would 10/10 steer clear of at all costs. If they can’t even take care of people as customers, what could they possibly make up for in tutoring?Scam.
