very superior to my vaccuum extender, i could not stand the sensation of concentrated suction in that area, it was just a gross feeling. the dual strap is much superior in my experience for comfort. i skipped the adaptation because coming from another extender so ive gained over 3cm in a short amount of time. i recommend it.
