My quick extender came broken out of the box after countless emails asking how to return they kept sending me emails how to use. I kept saying broken i want to return and a refund. 3 months of this finally an address that I had to pay 27 dollars to ship to Canada with tracking 2 months later they said they received 4 months later I finally got a partial refund of 55 dollars original cost 99 dollars. This is the worst company I have ever delt with in my life and I am 68 years old. I will never deal with a Canadian again. They SUCK.!!!!!
