It works.I started out with device at the default setting which is 3.6 I think, and now after 6 months of use its now at 6.8 inch.Im on bar 16!!If you buy the basic model you will need to buy extra bars to reach the advanced stage. Something to consider.I do think your current size is at least 0.4 behind your current bar because of a sort of built in lag which I'll try to explain.When you compress the spring to put it on, you'll notice that the tip of your Glans is level with the top of the device, that is your current size. When you release, the device will begin to stretch you and this is the lag i mentioned. Your actual size is always 0.4 or maybe even 0.6 behind your current bar in my view.Be prepared for pain and injuries, Germalene, for UK folks is good to keep stocked. An injury i received was around the base and was caused by the plastic base digging into the skin for the length of the session. But it is nothing to worry about.Also the shaft itself on both sides can occasionally ache after about an hour into a session. I think thats caused by wearing the device for too long. Reduce the session time.It is a marathon. I wore the device for 8 hours a day everyday for 6 months.I did 3 sessions per day, 2 hours 30 mins x 2 and a final 3 hour session at night. I found this worked for me.The goal is bar 22!!
