So my package was stolen by porch pirates. I thought the quick extender pro company made a delivery error when they shipped it to me and I was furious with the staff. I must say, communicating with John was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind and professional even though I came on very strong trying to get my package delivered. He walked me through the process of contacting USPS and troubleshooting the location of my package. We collectively came to the conclusion it was stolen and quick extender pro did nothing wrong and shipped my order by the book. I wanted to make this review to apologize for my behavior and thank the staff publicly for resolving my issue. They shipped a new complete package at no cost to me.
