I returned/refunded this but it's hard for me to give a bad rating here. My journey started because of listening to mark bells podcast, they had a sex doctor on the show (or urologist, I'm not sure her qualifications) and she was explaining pumps and extenders. I went ahead and bought an extender from another company and promptly returned it. The vacuum securing method on that one was mortifying and I couldn't stand to wear it for more than a minute. Returned it, whatever. After a year I revisited the idea and decided to try again with the quick extender this time especially since it uses a double strap method and has a money back guarantee I figured it was worth a try. Some cons and pros:Cons:- the instructions app wasn't working on my laptop on multiple browsers, I had to use my phone- it took a while to feel the tension and get to the growth stage (they say this is by design and for safety, but then why call it "Quick"?)- the purpose of the different bundles is unclear, why are there two nearly identical bundles, why do they have different lengths (this confusion caused me to purchase the wrong bundle, and i had to add accessories to address this)- minor point but there was a shipping hiccup in the replacement they sent, so they had to send it twicePros: - having multiple instructional resources is nice, i wasnt forced in any one way (I could choose to read my instructions from the booklet, or go through the app, or watch a video)- it was surprisingly more tolerable than my previous extender experience, and i appreciated the effectiveness of the distributed pressure on comfort- their customer service, they were always quick to reply and constantly went above and beyond to address my complaints, they sent me replacements and illustrated guides on rectifying the issues I was facing, and followed up to make sure it all worked out- it does actually work, I saw observable growth in girth and length in 3 successions but i had to appraise if it was worth the amount of effort i was willing to put in- after a few months i returned my bundle and received my full purchase amountOverall they did provide impressively comprehensive resources to best use the product, their staff was extremely helpful in providing support and warranty replacement, but now I have a girlfriend and the time commitment required at this stage in my life was too much for me (personally) and I didn't want her to find out I was using this.I appreciate letting me trial the device risk free for a full 6 months and following through on their money back promise. Very satisfied with my customer experience, even if extenders are not for me.
