Honestly dont waste your money.This site is a scam. Dont be fooled by the reviews you get online, these are all sites to do with sex or advertising, they are all paid to promote it and give it a great review including the guys in the videos claiming it really works. If you notice there is no regular reviews by us regular people online anywhere. And clearly they know most wont complain due to the nature of the product but it dont bother me. It's not quality it's cheap and defective. I ordered mine for a little fun to spice things up, but it's a big disappointment, the equipment is flimsy and cheaply madeThey dont stick to their guarantee. Once you have paid them, they ignore you, your emails and the live chat app never gets a reply. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! This is literally the only genuine review out there.I've had to go through paypal to try and get my money back. Really disappointed with this company, they dont care for their customers.UPDATE: So I finally got paypal to get me a refund only to find out i have to foot the bill for the faulty items return postage. That's a tracked parcel internationally which is still going to leave me a chunk of money out of pocket. Yea definitely not a good company. Turns out it is a scam, their statistics are inaccurate and are not the leaders in the market with this device. You cant actually contact the company of this product or have a live chat as your just ignored.Dont waste your time or money. If I could attach the screenshot of the live chat and the help ticket, you would see that they dont reply.UPDATE. So I returned the item a month ago now and still waiting for paypal to process a refund.Again I've tried countless amounts of times to contact the company by email/ticket, live chat and phone and again still no answer.As for the review someone just left about it being a quality product, your review suspiciously sounds very similar to the ones on the other sites promoting the item and your title HONEST REVIEW is a kind of give away lol.Also I left a review on the promo sites for this product, when I went back to check their pending status, what a surprise none of them were processed and never made it to the review section on any of the review sites on this product.... funny that.It's funny how they cant get back to your messages at all after a month but they will answer all emails from paypal promptly, you literally have to be naive to believe that they dont answer because they are too busy. So let's see..A. Company ignores customers once you paid.B. Trust pilot is the only review site they cant stop genuine reviews on which I've had to create due to the company preventing me reviewing the product on any of their promo sites.C. I had to pay £12 return postage for a faulty item and by law they have to pay the return postage, but once again I cant get hold of them.Honestly dont waste your time or money, the company really is a scam.Last update: So well after a month now I ended up having to go through my bank with a chargeback as this company refused to even acknowledge my emails and messages but I finally got my money back and I'm also now having to get the return postage through the postage service I used as well which wasnt cheap. But to the owners of this company, your absolute con merchants and I'm going to try push to have you checked out by trading standards.
