Don't waste your time

A month ago, heck a year ago, and I wold have given this app 5 stars and been willing to do a free ad. I loved this app. I am a disabled mother of 3 and because of this app I have been able to contribute some to our family finances. Granted it was not big bucks but an extra $20 or $30 dollars to spend on Amazon every now and then really helped. First I must clarify, I am not someone who rushes through, is dishonest, or uses any crazy programs to better my chances. I follow directions, give honest and complete information, and my undivided attention. I think this is why I find myself so angry about this situation. So as I said I've been using Quick Thoughts for over a year and never had an issue until about a month ago. I had $41 and some change built up in my account. I cashed out $10 twice (you can only redeem one $10 Amazon gift code at a time) which left $21 in my account. The next day I had a push notification that a survey was available. I did the survey, went to cash out, and got a message that said there was a problem with account. I waited a day to log back in thinking it might have been some kind of glitch or something. This time when I attempted to log in it wouldn't allow me to access my account and directed me to contact Customer service. I did. I got a response saying they were having problems with some accounts and to wait until the update to log back in. I did. I got the same msg. Long story short, I am still locked out of my account. I sent another email yesterday and got the same response I did when all of this first started about problems with accounts and to contact them.I did and it's obvious that they have no intention of resolving my issue. It is very frustrating to put in so much time, as well as, sharing my personal data with companies basically for free since I can't access the remaining money in my account. I don't normally leave bad ratings, but when it comes to a money making app I think it only fair that others be forewarned before they invest their time like I did, as well as others I have read about who have experienced the same exact issue. I can't speak for them but I can tell you stay away from this app. I highly recommend you do not download it. You are much better off sticking with reliable survey apps that value your time and effort by paying you what you have earned and promptly respond to issues. You would think a survey app would treat qualified users who actually read and respond to each survey with honesty better than this.
