The other reviews are accurate; they freeze your account as soon as you give them enough money and lock you out of everything. I've lost a significant amount and will be contacting authorities soon. I urge anyone else who has been scammed to do the same. Customer service has been terrible, and I've heard them admit it’s a scam. It's unfortunate I can't share screenshots here; two of my friends have also been duped.
