Tech support was dedicated and responsive throughout the process of resolving this, including taking the PC back and replacing the cooling system with a very quiet fan-based alternative at no cost. They kept open the possibility of a full refund even when the 30 policy had technically expired, which gave me the peace of mind to see the technical exploration through, and was much appreciated.I'm really impressed with the service and am now enjoying producing my music on a powerful and virtually silent PC.
