From the outset, Quiet PC could not have been more helpful when I set out to replace my laptop with something much much quieter.Andy (Technical Support) provided excellent and honest assistance with build options, while Dawn (Customer Service) runs the front of house with great efficiency.Stupidly, I made a mistake when selecting a monitor, so Heather (Returns) helped me to deal with that very quickly.When I worked out why I had made the mistake, I was put in touch with Paul Lee (Job title unknown, so I’m going to call him Ninja). The issue has been resolved!My amazing new PC is so quiet that it sits in the lounge, doing its thing, without disturbing our TV viewing.Many thanks!
