It took weeks to get my cash funds (many hundred thousands)out of these people. They just kept presenting more hoops to jump through, costing me weeks of lost investment opportunity. Poor investment performance circa 3 1/2% compounded over 3+ years and hefty charges over £10k per annum. Go to a provider that understands customer service and doesn’t have hefty charges for well below par performance. I couldn’t recommend them to my neighbour’s cat!
