Hi, I'm writing to complain about order #[24986507 - _( 15612448]. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it never showed up. The courier claims he couldn't deliver because I didn't send a WhatsApp location, even though the address provided is 100% accurate. Sending a location is not my responsibility. Now, he is refusing to come today as well. This is unacceptable.
