Over half of the produce arrived rotten, bruised, or damaged, which is unacceptable for a service that markets itself on quality and freshness. On top of that, the meals themselves were bland and uninspiring, falling well short of expectations.It’s hard to see how a service like this maintains popularity when the fundamentals fresh ingredients and decent flavour aren’t being met. For a company charging premium prices, the standard simply isn’t there.
