I consider this a premium brand, because I'm paying a premium price. And Quitelike were really good... at first. But it's clear that they've either grown too big too fast or started to cut corners to remain competitive, as in the last 3 months their service has gone down drastically, and I've never been more disappointed with a food delivery company.It started with their beef meals being replaced with beef mince meals. OK, I don't mind that as long as the recipes are good, and they were. But then I got a few deliveries with bad food (beans with white stuff coming out of them, wilted veggies). Then a few deliveries with missing ingredients. Then a few late deliveries. I gave them the benefit of the doubt each and every time. I wanted to support an Australian team. I kept overlooking the fact I was getting much worse service than any other meal box. But at the price I've paid it's just not good enough.
