I have used this meal service for almost a year now, and would rate it "the best of a bad bunch", as I have tried others in the past.It is convenient but it is expensive. I have made the same meals, buying my own ingredients with a 25% to 50% savings, but it is the convenience you are paying for.Their customer service is brilliant. I reported a missing ingredient (it was the protein) and they had it uber-delivered by 4pm that day. Other times when the greens were not fit to eat after being in the fridge for 3 days, they refunded the entire meal cost.I have cancelled quite a few weeks (sometimes as I was on holidays and other times as the selections was too boring to consider) without it reflecting on my standing with them (no penalty clauses).The food is healthy, well portioned and the recipes are 90% error free (sometimes they mention an ingredient which is not supplied or listed!) and they have a mechanism for you to report menu errors.I will continue to keep using them, will keep complaining about their over-reliance on mince based dishes, and keep muttering and not ordering their Asian dishes which, with an Asian grocery around the corner, I can cook for 1/2 the price :)
