I genuinely love QuiteLike’s recipes — they’re fresh, delicious, and make my life as a full-time working single mum so much easier... when they actually arrive. But that’s the problem. For two weeks in a row, my deliveries have either been “damaged” or falsely marked as “no access to property” — both times right before dinner, and with no attempt to contact me. No knock, no call, nothing.This week, I'm now on day 3 of waiting, with no clear update and no reply from support despite multiple emails and chat messages. My delivery window keeps getting pushed back later — now after 8pm — which is completely unworkable for families with kids.It’s been stressful, expensive, and disappointing. What’s worse is the silence from customer service. When everything works, QuiteLike is brilliant — but the moment something goes wrong, you’re on your own. That’s not acceptable for a subscription food service.If QuiteLike fixes its courier system and customer support response times, I’d stay forever. But right now, I can’t recommend it.
