I tried Quorn chicken pieces in a butter chicken recipe and it was delicious!! It definitely has a chicken taste and it didn’t leave me wanting for anything. Products like this make it so much easier for those who are trying to be more ethical or just don’t like meat that much (I am both) to be able to adjust to a more plant based, vegetarian or vegan diet. I also want to add that this will be great for people who are neurodivergent and/or have sensory processing issues when it comes to meat textures. I found the texture very consistent and there are no weird bits that normally put me off real meat, which was the bane of my existence before I made the switch. Not sure why I put myself through that for so long when I didn’t need to! I will never go back. Never change, Quorn. You are appreciated.
