I missed the initial phone call to confirm collection then it was the weekend so I was worried I may have been took of the system but no. I rang Monday morning, they couldn't keep the original collection date I'd booked but that was my fault for missing the call. Collection booked in for the Friday (today) phone call at 8.15 to say they were on the way, 9am arrived to collect car, very polite young lad, car gone by 9.10 and payment in bank by 10.30am, very happy with service, would certainly use again and will recommend
