Product unexpectedly arrived in 2 days! (Albeit via DPD courier which are the worst). Customer service is satisfactory. Desktop website is user friendly but could be more aesthetic and vivid. There is an ‘Ask a question’ box at the bottom which users can raise queries about a particular product, but mine wasn’t responded to so a bit disappointed.Was able to search for what I need without hassle and at a bargain price as well. Will definitely be purchasing from here again in the near future especially when the sale is on.
