Ordered a HALO car battery charger and a household cleaner on my credit card. I went into the app the following day to check the order and somehow, the delivery address was someone in Georgia (I live less than an hour from QVC headquarters). When I called, I was told someone hacked my credit card. I told them I had indeed ordered the products, but someone was sending the order elsewhere. I recommended that the QVC system was hacked and it was their responsibility to cancel the order and refund my money. I was told there wasn’t anything they could do because it was outside the “48 hour window” (which it wasn’t-it was 24 hours) and to contact my bank to dispute the charges. Long story short: the bank told me it’ll take up to 90 days to complete the investigation. In the meantime, because QVC decided to put this purchase on EZ Pay, I get hit with the same charges again. Closed the account and will never order anything else. Customer service isn’t just bad, it’s suspect.
