Purchased a weed burner on the 1st April...I was advised by qvc that it was from a supplier so would take 7 to 10 days...I contacted qvc after 15 days and a lovely operative Jack explained it would be with me soon but to call again if I hadn't received it by 17th April...The supplier didn't give it Evri untill the Friday and they delivered it today the 18th so pretty quick...The burner does do what qvc said it would so really pleased now i have it....17 days is a bit too long to wait for an item you need when qvc's
own items are usually dispatched very quickly...The tool supplier needs to dispatch orders quicker...hence 4 stars instead of 5..
