After a previous poor experience, I was given a credit for future purchases. However, when I attempted to use it alongside a discount code, I was told I couldn't. I felt that it would have been simple to apply the compensation effectively. After discussing with two representatives, I canceled my order. As a long-time customer, I receive numerous offers from other companies and feel I no longer need this service. Despite my feedback on a recent call, I haven't received any follow-up, which makes me doubt their attentiveness. I no longer plan to order anytime soon.
