The item was a gift box containing three small bottles and a suede brush. I was pleased with the contents as they met my expectations; however, the three bottles were loosely packed in a plastic bag, while the gift box was sealed with the brush inside. Fortunately, the contents remained intact since the parcel was thrown over the back fence into the snow. I believe both the courier and the packing team share equal responsibility for this situation.
